If you want to return an item, you can do it within 14 business days from the day of delivery.
How to return:
· Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
· Explain clearly why you want to return your item(s) and if an item is faulty, give us full details and images of the product.
· If you want to exchange the size or style, please inform us of the model no. of the replacement item and size. (NOTE: exchanging product is depends on stock availability).
· You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been approved and we will inform you how to proceed.
· When we will receive your original item, we will proceed with either an exchange of size(s)/style(s) or refund.
· When requesting a refund for non-faulty item, please use the same method of shipping which was used to receive the item, i.e. recorded delivery. (we generally do not cover the return delivery cost)
· If the item is returned due to the fault of our product, we will also refund your return shipping cost.
· Items must be returned new in their original packaging and label.
· Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
· All items returned must be authorized via an e-mail from customer service. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
· Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.
